Defendants Pueblo City-County Library District, Jerry King, Richard Lee, Janet Cox, Jane Carlson, and Anthony Ortegon, by their attorneys, Wood, Ris & Hames, P.C., hereby certify pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 54.1, that the undersigned made reasonable efforts to confer with Plaintiff, Helen Tomicich, concerning Defendant's proposed Bill of Costs filed on October 4, 2006 (Doc. No. 85). The undersigned sent a letter dated October 4, 2006 to Plaintiff requesting her position on the proposed Bill of Costs. The letter was sent to 4710 Castor Drive, Pueblo, CO 81001. This is the same address that the Court used to send the Order and Judgment (Doc. Nos. 83 and 84). On October 6, 2006, the Court received the Judgment and Order back as undeliverable to Plaintiff (Doc. No. 86). On October 17, 2006, the undersigned received the aforementioned letter back as undeliverable.

A telephone hearing is set for Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. Defendants request that the Clerk of Court find that the requested amount of $2,924.59 is reasonable and tax that amount against Plaintiff and in favor of Defendants.
