John J. Zodrow and John F. McBride of the law firm of Zodrow et al. P.C. are granted leave to withdraw and are relieved of any further responsibility in this case as counsel for the plaintiff. Because the plaintiff is a corporation, it must be represented by counsel. Flora Const. Co. v. Fireman' Fund Ins. Co., 307 F.2d 413, s 413-14 (10th Cir. 1962). Accordingly, the plaintiff shall cause substitute counsel to enter his or her appearance on or before September 8, 2005. SO ORDERED.
