COMES NOW all parties, by and through their respective counsel, and hereby jointly stipulate pursuant to F.R.C.P. Rule 41(a)(1) to Plaintiffs, Mark A. Johns' and Lisa Johns', dismissal of Robert Bosch Corporation with prejudice. AS GROUNDS for this stipulation of dismissal, the parties state as follows: 1. The parties have conducted written discovery and participated in numerous

depositions, are fully advised and aware of the claims of Plaintiffs, and hereby agree to a dismissal of Robert Bosch Corporation with prejudice. WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully request that, pursuant to F.R.C.P. Rule 41(a)(1), Robert Bosch Corporation be dismissed with prejudice.
