THIS MATTER COMING before the Court upon the Motion of the Defendants, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ALAMOSA COUNTY, SHERIFF DAVID STONG, UNDERSHERIFF JOHN BIANCA, SGT. RON GOODMAN, DEPUTY LISA BENEVIDEZ and CORPORAL GARY THOMAS, for a three-day extension of time, through and including April 19, 2006, in which to prepare and file their Bill of Costs in this action based upon this Court's Order and Judgment of April 4, 2006, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the matter; DOES HEREBY GRANT said Motion and the Defendants shall have a three-day extension of time, through and including April 19, 2006, in which to prepare and file their Bill of Costs in this action.
