The Motion for Extension of Time to File Bill of Costs [#60], filed on April 14, 2006, is GRANTED. Defendants shall have up to and including April 19, 2006, in which to file their bill of costs. Counsel is reminded of this court's practice standard REB Civ. Practice Standard II.G.1, that motions for extension of time require a showing of good cause and press of business does not constitute good cause. REB Civ. Practice Standard II.G.2 requires that any motion for extension of time shall be filed no later than three (3) business days prior to the date the motion, response, reply, or other paper to which the extension applies is due.
