Plaintiff Susan Pena and Defendants Travelers Property Casualty Company of America and Suzanne Liening, by and through their respective undersigned attorneys, respectfully request that this case be dismissed in its entirety and with prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41, because the parties have reached a settlement as to all claims. WHEREFORE, the parties request that the Court issue an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice under Fed.R.Civ.P. 41 as to all claims against Defendants, each party to bear her/its own costs, attorneys' fees, and expenses.
