The parties are granted an extension of time through September 7, 2005 in which to submit a joint witness list, joint proposed voir dire, joint proposed jury instructions, join verdict forms, a joint glossary and joint deposition designations; 2. The parties are granted an extension of time through September 2, 2005 in which to file and serve trial briefs and in which to file motions in limine. Responses to motions in limine shall be submitted on or before September 9, 2005.
