Pursuant to discussions held before this Court on September 19, 2005, the
parties have reached a verbal resolution of this matter, eliminating the necessity of trial. The parties require additional time, however, to finalize an agreement reflecting that resolution. 4. The parties do not anticipate requesting any further extension of time for
