Ms. Wieland states she would like to depose Fed-Ex representative and conduct limited discovery with respect to damages. Mr. Goh states defendant does not oppose discovery with respect to the counterclaims. Counsel state they are unsure whether damage experts are needed. Court' findings stated on record. s
