THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Defendant' Motion for Approval of s Supersedeas Bond and to Stay Proceedings to Enforce Judgment Pending Appeal (Doc 113 - filed September 8, 2005). After careful review and consideration, it is ORDERED that the Plaintiff shall file their response to the motion no later than September 14, 2005 and the Defendant shall file their reply no later than September 16, 2005. In order to maintain the status quo, it is FURTHER ORDERED that any efforts or proceedings to enforce the judgment in this matter are temporarily stayed until resolution of this motion.
