(" CPI" on its counterclaims for breach of contract, ) negligent representation and concealment is GRANTED, and these claims are DISM ISSED; 2) Plaintiff SM G' motion for summary judgment against Defendant CPI for breach of s contract is GRANTED; 3) Defendant CPI shall pay $127,462.59 in damages to Plaintiff SM G;
