("SMG"), by and through its undersigned counsel, files this Statement of Reasonable Efforts Made to Resolve Dispute Over Bill of Costs. Pursuant to D.C.Colo.L.Civ.R. 54.1, counsel for SMG contacted counsel for Defendant College Partnership, Inc. ("CPI") in an effort to resolve any dispute regarding the Bill of Costs to be submitted to SMG. Counsel for CPI opposes SMG's Bill of Costs. In accordance with the Judgment entered on August 25, 2005 and the Local Rules of this Court, SMG submits its Bills of Costs, one for the costs incurred by SMG's lead counsel, Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP, and one for the costs incurred by SMG's local counsel, Lewis Scheid LLC, along with the invoices reflecting these costs.
