Plaintiff, pro se, and Defendant, City of Aurora, by its attorney, Julia A. Bannon, submit the following Stipulation for Dismissal pursuant to F.R.C.P. Rule 41(a)(1), and as grounds therefore state as follows: 1. The parties have executed a Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims.

Plaintiff has agreed to dismiss his claims in exchange for payment in the amount of $700.00.

WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully move the Court for an Order dismissing the matter with prejudice, each party to pay their own costs and attorneys' fees.
