the Individual Defendants with Prejudice and Substitution of City of Aurora as Defendant pursuant to F.R.C.P. Rule 41(a)(1).

WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully seek an Order amending the caption of the case to reflect the City of Aurora as the sole defendant.
