THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendants' Motion to Seal (#285) two

trial exhibits. The Plaintiffs did not respond to the motion. Having considered the same, the Court ORDERS that the motion (#285) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The motion is granted to the extent that the Defendants filed copies of their trial exhibits with the Court (See #286, #287). The motion is denied to the extent that either exhibit is used at trial.
