ATTACHMENT

Attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference is a true copy of the acknowledgment of conditions of supervision signed by the defendant October 19, 2005. His signature acknowledged that the conditions had been read and explained to him, that he fully understood said conditions, and that he was provided with a copy of them. The term of supervised release commenced October 14, 2005. This petition is based on the following facts: Initial home contacts were attempted at the defendant' residence located at 25000 Dakota Ridge s Road, Longmont, CO on November 4, 2005, and again on January 10, 2006, but I was denied access by the defendant' wife, Mary Pritchard. At those times, according to the defendant, his s wife and adult children stated that officers from the Probation Department were not allowed on their property. I instructed the defendant to obtain another residence to permit required probation officer visitation and he arranged to reside with his step-son, Michael Hanraty, whose home is also located at the Dakota Ridge address. A home contact was completed without incident on March 18, 2006. The defendant has also been instructed to obtain employment. He currently remains unemployed and is delinquent on his restitution/special assessment obligations. The defendant has indicated that he is now receiving Social Security in the amount of $600 per month and that he is unable to secure employment at this time. As a result of the aforementioned, the Probation Department recommends a compliance review hearing to address the defendant' delinquency on his restitution/special assessment obligations. s
