The Court, having reviewed the Plaintiff's Motion and being fully advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS the Motion as following: 1. SO ORDERED that the Plaintiff be allowed to file their Amended Complaint to correct the caption and reflect the correct Parties' names to reflect the caption on this Order, and the Clerk of Court shall so correct the Docket; 2. SO ORDERED that Sprint Communications Corporation LP be joined as a Defendant.
