Plaintiff, Joseph Garbo, and defendant client representative, Jennifer Mayhew, present in the courtroom. The parties inform the Court that a settlement has been reached. Ms. Sperber recites the terms of the settlement. Mutual oral motion by the parties to dismiss the case with prejudice. ORDER: Based upon the representations made by the parties that this dispute has been fully resolved, the Court grants a mutual motion to dismiss the case with prejudice, each party to pay their own attorneys'fees and costs. The case is dismissed and the clerk is instructed to close the file. The Court also waives the imposition of any jury fees that would be awarded and paid today because today is the date of the trial. Court in recess.
