UNOPPOSED MOTION TO FILE PLAINTIFFS' CLASS CERTIFICATION MOTION, MEMORANDUM, AND APPENDIX UNDER SEAL Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR. 7.1(A), 7.2, 7.3 and the District's current Electronic Case Filing Procedures Manual §VI, Plaintiffs, by and through their counsel, move this Court for an Order granting approval for Plaintiffs to file Plaintiffs' Class Certification Motion, Memorandum, and Appendix under Seal. 1. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR. 7.1(A), counsel for all parties to this action have conferred on repeated occasions concerning the confidentiality of certain documents and information, and have conferred via e-mail on the particular issue raised in this Motion. The Defendants either do not oppose or take no position on this Motion to Seal. 2. Plaintiffs' Memorandum and Appendix contains information previously deemed or marked Confidential according to Protective Orders in other related cases or similar

cases in other jurisdictions; thus Plaintiffs seek to file their Memorandum and Appendix according to procedures outlined in D.C.COLO.LCivR. 7.3 and § VI of the Court's ECF Procedure Manual. Plaintiffs respectfully request that this Court enter an Order granting their Motion to file Plaintiffs' Class Certification Motion, Memorandum, and Appendix under Seal.
