With leave of this Court, Plaintiff filed a Second Amended Complaint on December 21, 2005, which joined Defendant Sprint Communications Company, LP However, in the caption and some places in the text, the Defendant was incorrectly listed as Sprint Communications Corporation, LP when its correct name is Sprint Communications Company, LP. 1.
