UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ATTORNEY

Pursuant to the provisions of D.C. COLO. L. Civ. R. 83.3(D), Defendant Arthur Andersen LLP ("Andersen") respectfully requests that this Court enter an order permitting withdrawal of Shelby Hunt from representation of Andersen in this matter. In support of this motion, Andersen offers the following. 1. On March 8, 2007 Ms. Hunt left the law firm of Arnold & Porter LLP

("Arnold & Porter"). 2. The representation of Andersen will be continued by current members of

Arnold & Porter who have been admitted in this matter. 3. Pursuant to D.C. COLO. L. Civ. R. 7.1, undersigned counsel have
