Woodruff, Defendants in the above named case, by way of amendment to their Notice of Appeal filed in this consolidated action on October 25, 2006 (Docket # 1069), which is now Appeal No. 06-1482 in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, hereby appeal from the district court's (1) Partial Final Judgment And Order Of Partial Dismissal With Prejudice entered in this action on September 29, 2006 (Docket #1050), and (2) Judgment entered in this action on October 2, 2006 (Docket #1057), each as amended by the district court's Order granting Qwest's Unopposed Motion Seeking Relief from Judgment under Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(a) entered in this action on the 8th day of January, 2007 (Docket #1096).
