Michael J. Barry, of the law firm of Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. ("G&E"), hereby moves for the withdrawal of Sharan Nirmul as counsel in the above-referenced matter, pursuant to D.C. Colo.L.Civ.R. 83.3(D). In support of this Motion, undersigned counsel states the following: 1. In May of 2008, Sharan Nirmul left the firm of Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. and is no

longer employed by the firm. 2. G&E represented plaintiffs in Civil Action No. 04-cv-0238-REB-PAC, Stichting

Pensioenfonds ABP v. Qwest Communications International Inc. (Closed Dec. 26, 2006) and in Civil Action No. 04-cv-1964-REB-PAC, New York City Employees' Retirement System v. Qwest Communications International Inc. (Closed Dec. 26, 2006) (together, the "G&E Associated Cases").

G&E attorneys, including Mr. Nirmul, appeared on the docket of the lead case
