MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL

Barbara Moses, of the law firm of Morvillo, Abramowitz, Grand, Iason, Anello & Bohrer, P.C. ( Morvillo, Abramowitz ), hereby moves for the withdrawal of Ashley E. Rupp as counsel for Afshin Mohebbi in the above-referenced matter, pursuant to D.C. Colo.L.Civ.R. 83.3(D). In support of this Motion, undersigned counsel states the following: 1. In April of 2008, Ashley E. Rupp left the firm of Morvillo, Abramowitz and became affiliated with the law firm of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman, LLP, in San Francisco, California. 2. The undersigned remains affiliated with Morvillo, Abramowitz and will remain counsel for Afshin Mohebbi in the above-referenced matter.
