UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ATTORNEY

Pursuant to the provisions of D.C. COLO. L. Civ. R. 83.3(D), Defendant Arthur Andersen LLP ("Andersen") respectfully requests that this Court enter an order permitting withdrawal of Kwame Clement from representation of Andersen in this matter. In support of this motion, Andersen offers the following. 1. On May 30, 2008 Mr. Clement left the law firm of Arnold & Porter LLP

("Arnold & Porter"). 2. The representation of Andersen will be continued by current members of

Arnold & Porter who have been admitted in this matter. 3. Pursuant to D.C. COLO. L. Civ. R. 7.1, undersigned counsel have
