Tempest ("Tempest"), by his undersigned attorneys, and pursuant to D.C.COLO.LR 7.1(B), respectfully requests an extension of time through and including October 3, 2005, to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint. As grounds, Tempest states as follows: 1. On September 12, 2005 the Court denied Tempest's Motion to Dismiss in this

case. Accordingly, Tempest's answer is currently due September 26, 2005. 2. Tempest needs additional time to prepare his answer to Plaintiff's 882-paragraph

Complaint. Accordingly, Tempest requests a one week extension up to and including October 3, 2005 to answer the complaint.
