G R E E T I N G S:

This Writ is issued upon Order of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. We hereby command you that you bring the body of Lamar Blackwell, now in the custody of the Denver County Jail, 10500 Smith Road, Denver, Colorado, before a United States Magistrate Judge, sitting at Denver, Colorado, forthwith, and from day to day thereafter, for an initial appearance in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado in the above-entitled and pending cause; and to hold the said defendant at all times in your custody as an agent of the United States of America;
