COMES NOW the United States of America, by and through Troy A. Eid, United States Attorney and Suneeta Hazra, Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, and respectfully shows this Honorable Court: That Lamar Blackwell, is now in the custody of the Denver County Jail, 10500 Smith Road, Denver, Colorado. Your Petitioner states that an initial appearance will be held forthwith, before a United States Magistrate Judge. WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully prays that this Honorable Court order a writ of habeas corpus ad prosequendum to issue from this Court to the United States Marshal for the District of Colorado, requiring him to serve said writ on the Denver County Jail, Denver, Colorado, or the Warden of any other institution wherein the said Glenn Cabrera is confined, and requiring said United States Marshal for the District of Colorado to produce the body of the said Lamar Blackwell, forthwith to appear for said
