Defendant William Concepcion Sablan ("William"), by and through his court-appointed counsel, submits this Report Re: Medications: During the Phase III Hearing held on November 6-8, 2006, the Court directed the undersigned to submit a summary regarding William Sablan's medications. A review of the file reveals the following: 1) The first Hearing relating to the medication was held on May 31, 2001 on the Oral Motion of prior lead counsel, Michael Katz. 2) There were various developments throughout the summer of 2001 which are outlined in Defendant William Sablan's Ex Parte Motion for Hearing to Inquire Into Failure of Bureau of Prisons to Treat William Sablan (Filed Under Seal Pursuant to Protective Order), filed on October 18, 2001, by Michael Katz. There are several attachments to the October 18, 2001 Motion, including a transcript of the May 31, 2001 Hearing.

3) William did not receive psychotropic medications until 2004, when he was transferred to the Federal Medical Center in Butner, North Carolina. WHEREFORE, the defense submits this Report re: William Sablan's Medications.
