JOINT SUBMISSION OF PROPOSED JUROR QUESTIONNAIRE

Pursuant to the Court's Order the parties have met and conferred regarding the Proposed Juror Questionnaire. Attached to this Joint Submission is a proposed Juror Questionnaire. The parties are in substantial agreement regarding the Juror Questionnaire. The sections of the Questionnaire for which the parties are unable to agree are highlighted in the attached Questionnaire with BOLD typeface. For the Court's convenience the sections that remain in dispute are as follows: Question 21 on page 8; Question 24 on page 8; Questions 41 and 42 on page 11; A section of the introductory comments to death penalty questions on pages 17-18;

Questions regarding the death penalty beginning with question 65 on page 19 and continuing through page 21; and Question 73 on pages 22-23. The United States attorney has authorized undersigned counsel to file this Joint Submission of Proposed Juror Questionnaire.
