TRIAL STIPULATIONS

The United States of America, by Troy A. Eid, United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, and through Brenda Taylor and Philip A. Brimmer, Assistant U.S. Attorneys, and defendant Rudy Cabrera Sablan, through his counsel Forrest W. Lewis and Donald K. Knight, agree and stipulate as follows: 1. That the Special Housing Unit, United States Penitentiary, Florence, Colorado, was, on October 10, 1999, and is now a place within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States. 2. That the DVD version of the seventy-minute video, Government Exhibit 20B, is admissible. 3. That the subtitles on Government Exhibit 20B are accurate, including the

translation of the Chamorro language into the English language. 4. That the autopsy photographs, Government Exhibits 169 through 181, are true and accurate depictions of the appearance of the body of Joey Estrella at the time of autopsy. 5. That Government Exhibit 168 is a true and accurate copy of the coroner's file maintained at the El Paso, Colorado Coroner's office.
