Defendant. ORDER DIRECTING ENTRY OF JUDGMENT On December 1, 2005, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Entry of Judgment. That motion is hereby GRANTED. In accordance with that motion, it is ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor of Plaintiff PSI Energy, Inc. in the amount of $674,333.86. It is further ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor of Plaintiff The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company in the amount of $134,866.73. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. IT IS SO ORDERED.
