A telephonic status conference took place on September 25, 2007, at which the Court issued the following orders: 1. Defendant is ORDERED to obtain from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) information about the number of documents in its possession that are responsive to the Court's July 9, 2007 Order. Because there has been a significant lapse in time since the conclusion of trial, and also because the parties need these documents to submit complete post-trial briefs, the FBI is directed to expedite its process of reviewing and turning over the documents to Defendant's counsel, so that Defendant may, as stated in the July 9, 2007 Order, "file and serve declarations from those conducting the search describing their search efforts and results as well as any responsive documents." At the status conference, Plaintiff's counsel noted that SARC committee minutes were regularly routed to the Office of Attorney General, and requested that he either receive from Defendant copies of such documents pertaining to the Princess or Operation Princess or, in lieu thereof, satisfactory assurances that an adequate search has been conducted, and that the Office of Attorney General has no such documents in its possession or control. Accordingly, Defendant is ORDERED to (1) serve and

Defendant is directed to file a notice to the Court submitting the above-described documents and declarations, no later than October 31, 2007. The post-trial briefing schedule is amended as follows: Plaintiff's Post-trial Brief: Defendant's Post-trial Brief: Plaintiff's Response Brief: Defendant's Response Brief: December 12, 2007 February 13, 2008 March 12, 2008 April 9, 2008
