ORDER Pending before the court is the plaintiffs' motion, filed March 13, 2007, for extension of time. The plaintiffs request an enlargement of time for the parties to file post-trial briefs to and including March 20, 2007, and an enlargement of time to file post-trial reply briefs to and including March 30, 2007. The plaintiffs aver this additional time is necessary because of their counsel's obligations in other matters. The plaintiffs represent the government does not oppose this request. The plaintiffs' motion is GRANTED. The parties shall file post-trial briefs on or before March 20, 2007, and post-trial reply briefs on or before March 30, 2007. The time and manner specified by this court's order of February 6, 2007, for the closing argument shall remain unchanged. It is so ORDERED.
