ORDER Pending before the court is the government's motion, filed March 7, 2007, requesting an extension of time of time to file post-trial briefs to and including March 14, 2007. The government avers this additional time is necessary because of its counsel's obligations in other matters. The government represents the plaintiffs do not oppose this request. The government's motion is GRANTED. The parties shall file post-trial briefs on or before March 14, 2007. The schedule set forth by this court's order of February 6, 2007, shall otherwise remain unchanged. It is so ORDERED.
