ORDER Pending before the court is the parties' joint motion, filed January 23, 2007, for extension of time. The parties request an enlargement of time to file post-trial briefs to and including February 9, 2007, and an enlargement of time to file post-trial reply briefs to and including February 24, 2007. The parties aver this additional time is necessary because of counsels' obligations in other matters. The parties' motion is GRANTED-IN-PART. The parties shall file post-trial briefs on or before February 9, 2007, and post-trial reply briefs on or before February 26, 2007. This court's Final Pre-Trial Order of December 1, 2006, shall otherwise remain in effect. It is so ORDERED.
