expected to testify about method for assigning housing units to soldiers, the calculation of downtime, housing inspections, depreciation of replacement items, and other matters relating to Birchwood Estates for which she is responsible. Ms. Kiser is

also one of the custodians of the records for the Housing Office facility administration files. We expect to present Ms. Kiser
