JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order, dated June 15, 2007, the parties present this joint status report to inform the Court of the status of settlement negotiations in this case. Although the parties have come to a tentative agreement upon settlement and the proposal is being considered by the proper authorities at the Department of Justice, the settlement approval authority has not yet made his determination. Unless we first file a stipulation of judgment, we propose to submit a joint status report on or before July 12, 2007.
