JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order, dated March 19, 2007, the parties present this joint status report to inform the Court of the status of settlement negotiations in this case. The parties have engaged in settlement discussions and have made progress, but have not yet come to agreement. We believe that continuing the discussions is appropriate and respectfully request that the Court allow an additional 28 days to permit further discussions.
