JOINT STATUS REPORT In response to the Court's inquiry regarding the existence of an integration clause in the contract in this case, the parties present this joint status report. The parties agree that the contract at issue in this lawsuit does not contain an integration clause, per se. The parties further agree that the language in the contract that is most similar to an integration clause is found in Block 29 of the Standard Form 1442, which is attached to this filing.
