JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order dated February 21, 2006, plaintiff, HealthAmerica Pennsylvania, Inc. ("HealthAmerica"), and defendant, the United States, file this joint status report. The status of the proposed settlement is unchanged since our last status report. The settlement proposal negotiated by the parties was forwarded to the authorized representative of the Attorney General for his consideration prior to the last status report. The authorized representative of the Attorney General, however, has not yet made his determination. The parties, therefore, respectfully request until April 17, 2006 to file a joint status report to inform the Court of the progress of the case unless they first file a joint stipulation of dismissal pursuant to a settlement agreement.
