JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order dated January 9, 2006, plaintiff, HealthAmerica Pennsylvania, Inc. ("HealthAmerica"), and defendant, the United States, file this joint status report. The parties are pleased to inform the Court that they have continued to make progress to secure final approval of their tentative settlement agreement in this case. Since our last status report, the appropriate representative of plaintiff has approved the proposed terms of the settlement and this proposal has been forwarded to the authorized representative of the Attorney General for his consideration. The authorized representative of the Attorney General, however, has not yet made his determination. The parties, therefore, respectfully request until March 17, 2006 to file a joint status report to inform the Court of the progress of the case unless they first file a joint stipulation of dismissal pursuant to a settlement agreement.
