JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order dated December 2, 2005, plaintiff, HealthAmerica Pennsylvania, Inc. ("HealthAmerica"), and defendant, the United States, file this joint status report. The parties are pleased to inform the Court that they have reached a tentative agreement upon the terms of a settlement of this case. Final agreement is contingent upon the approval of the terms of the proposed agreement by the appropriate representative of plaintiff and by the authorized representative of the Attorney General. The parties, therefore, respectfully request until February 17, 2006 to file a joint status report to inform the Court of the progress of the case unless they first file a joint stipulation of dismissal pursuant to a settlement agreement.
