On June t 4, 2002, you received a letter of l1on.compliancc for allowing cattle to graze in the: i. Upper Penasco Wetland Exclosure, 2. Sacraento Lake Exclosure, 3. catte being in the South
Pasture when they should have beci¡ intheNort~ Pasture.

On June 21, 2002, Cedric Selby and Mark Cadwallader inspected these areas. They metSpike
out in Upper Rio Penasco and walked portions of

the Bluff Springs and Upper Penasco Wetland

Exc1osures. From that inspection, it is clear that the fences 8rQUnd these twl) exclosures are in need of maintenance and that maintenance is Forest Service res£~nsibjJly. I\s a result, I am the June 141 letter for the Upper Penasco Non Compliance part of withdrawing the Notice of
Wetland Exclosure, only.
They also reported. from their inspection, that none of

your cattle were in the South Pasture or in

the Sacramento Lake Exclosure. .
I appreciate your efforts to remove cattle from the exclosurcs. 1 have made repairing the fences seeing work there
should be around the Bluff Springs and Upper Rio Penasco a priority and you'

very soon.
