Discovery in this case concluded on February 29, 2008, except to the extent that depositions would be required as a result of the court's adjudication of defendant's motion for protective order and plaintiffs' cross-motion to compel. Following the court's ruling upon these motions, the parties indicate that they have conferred and agreed that an RCFC 30(b)(6) deposition of government designee Dr. Linda Detwiler for topic numbers 2, 3, 11, 12, and 14, as well as defendant's disclosure of additional deposition testimony that is responsive to RCFC 30(b)(6) topic number 20, will occur by no later than July 30, 2008. Accordingly, the parties shall file, by no later than Friday, August 8, 2008, a status report suggesting further proceedings in this case. IT IS SO ORDERED.
