JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's order dated May 30, 2008, the parties submit this joint status report. The parties have conferred concerning the scheduling of plaintiffs' June 28, 2007 Rule 30(b)(6) deposition notice concerning topics numbered 2, 3, 11, 12, and 14, and the Government has designated Dr. Linda Detwiler to respond to these deposition topics. In addition, the Government has identified the date by which it will disclose any additional deposition testimony that is responsive to plaintiffs' June 28, 2007 Rule 30(b)(6) deposition topic number 20. In accordance with these discussions, the parties propose that both the Rule 30(b)(6) deposition and the disclosure of deposition testimony that is responsive to Rule 30(b)(6) topic number 20 will occur on or before July 30, 2008.
