The motion is hereby GRANTED. The plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment is now due on or by September 15, 2008. The remainder of the schedule for dispositive motions is adjusted as follows: Defendant's opposition and cross-motion for summary judgment shall be filed on or by October 16, 2008. The plaintiffs' reply in support of their motion for partial summary judgment and opposition to defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment is due October 31, 2008. Defendant's reply in support of its cross-motion for summary judgment is then due November 19, 2008. The plaintiffs' motion for class certification is due on or by September 15, 2008, and further briefing shall follow the times for filing as laid out in Rule 7.2 of the rules of our court. A hearing on the parties' dispositive motions will be held on November 24, 2008 at the Howard T. Markey National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, NW, Washington, D.C., beginning 10 a.m. Eastern Time. IT IS SO ORDERED.
