No. 05-1043C (Filed July 21, 2008) *********************** * JORGE A. DELPIN APONTE et al., * * Plaintiffs, * * v. * * THE UNITED STATES, * * Defendant. * * *********************** ORDER When the Court adopted the schedule for the briefing of dispositive motions in its June 9, 2008 order, it had anticipated being able to issue an opinion concerning the plaintiffs' motion for leave to amend the complaint quickly enough not to affect this schedule. This has not proved to be the case, as plaintiffs' date for filing their motion for partial summary judgment has arrived, yet the motion for leave remains pending. As plaintiffs obviously cannot move for partial summary judgment before the motion for leave to amend is determined, the schedule for filing dispositive motions is hereby suspended. The opinion concerning the pending motion for leave will be issued in the near future, and soon thereafter Chambers will contact counsel for the parties to arrange for the slightest adjustment practicable to the schedule for briefing dispositive motions. IT IS SO ORDERED.
