the captioned case titled Motion for Leave to file Uncontested Motion for Extension of Time. Unfortunately, the motion was printed in an incorrect font format. 2. Counsel respectfully requests that the Honorable Judge Victor J. Wolkis,

authorizes and accepts a corrected version of said motion, copy of which is attached hereto. Also attached is a copy of the original motion filed on September 11, 2006

requesting the extension of time to respond to defendant's motion and statement. WHERETOFORE plaintiff moves the Court for leave to accept the attached corrected motion titled Motion for Leave to File Uncontested Motion for Extension of Time dated September 13, 2006, and grant the same allowing plaintiffs to file their response on or before October 14, 2006.
