Under normal circumstances, the Court would be reluctant to grant such an extension absent the consent of the plaintiffs, as defendant should have been aware of the legal issued involved in this matter since the case was transferred to this Court in September, 2005. But considering the great deal of latitude the Court gave plaintiffs in permitting them to file the conforming complaint, the Court will allow the defendant to have this additional time to respond. The motion is hereby GRANTED. Defendant shall file its response on or by July 25, 2006. IT IS SO ORDERED.
